Soft in body, straw gold in color, with a rich, heavenly hoppiness, Cosmic Bloom expands across the senses. A galactic dose of American and Australian hops combine to create a citrus and berry forward hop profile worthy of exploration.

From the pint can dated 05/04/2020. Sampled on June 13 2020.

It has the appearance of a hazy NEIPA with its milky, pulpy straw yellow color. Modest white head.

An array of sensations in the aroma. I get berries, blossoms, herbs, orange, tangerine and a lower profile wheat malt.

Light to medium, smooth mouthfeel.

The taste is more about the hops and the bitterness. Only 21 IBU but it seems more bitter than that. Lots of fruity notes.

A moderate pour from a 16-oz. can yielded a skinny finger of soapy off-white foam with short retention and small spots of lace. Murky and semi-opaque yellow straw color, juicy looking with large white floaties.

As stated on the label, a blend of hops greets the nose with citrus, pine and a general fruit bowl fruit (no banana) smell.
Grain and cracker represent the malt with some grass and faint wet paper/cardboard. These follow to the taste.

Neutral on sweetness and above averagely bitter, wheat and lemon are added in. The bitterness has a peppery bite, the citrus is bigger and slightly sour. Alcohol is noticeable as a mild astringency, and the pepper, high ABV for the style.
The finish is somewhat quick and semi-dry, the peppery hop bitterness lingers a while.

Medium light body, slightly oily feel. Well carbonated and smooth at first, a little bit gritty towards the finish. This drinks and looks like a NEIPA. Missing the typical baking spice taste and very juicy, enjoyable none the less.

Firstly, this is mislabeled. It is not an APA, it is a wheat/pilsner. That was disappointing. The pint can was expensive, also.
Poured into a tulip glass, at about 45-50 °F. The head was thin and gone quick.
This was hazy and as stated on the can, straw color.
The smell is citrus and woody pine.
The taste is citrus fruit, with a hint of orange and a hint of dark berry. Definitely hop forward that fades immediately. Quite refreshing. Although the can states it has Amarillo, azalea, centennial and galaxy hops, it has remarkably little flavor that appears to represent that.
I think it would work better with a little hop adjustment and change of malts. They are missing a great opportunity here.

8/11/18...pours cloudy gold, semi-bright, small white foam. Bright floral citrus nose. Slight lemon taste, but moves quickly. Chews. Roundabout bitter bite that's surprisingly hard to characterize. Tasty.
