Canned 9/25, literally night yesterday, so shame on me for not checking, but even more shame on distributor
Pours a big pillowy dense head great retention and lacing, a chill hazed straw color
Nose nice pilsner malts, grainy, doughy, faint corn, rich complex malts, light floral hop
Taste more grainy rich cereal pilsner malt, light corn again, almost doughy, with soft clean lager, medium to lighter bitterness with light floral hop flavors, dry finish, gets a little extra bitter bite on the finish
Mouth is med to lighter bod, soft lager, good medium carb
Overall this was sure nice, not quite as complex as Weihenstephaner type decoction, but who can blame it, for the age it's quite nice, not many breweries can do a Helles justice, and this is well done for sure

Light golden color with a 3F head in a Pilsner glass.
Fruity, deep malt aroma. Very German in style.
Moderate carbonation, not too dry.
Fruit, malty taste.
Very smooth finish for the style. I like this.
Excellent Helles lager. This year I’m seeing a lot more excellent German style beers.
