Had on tap. Super hazy yellow pour with a slender white ring and lacing. Smells less resinous than expected for a triple ipa, with mango, pineapple, papaya, orange zest, green grape, peach, floral hops and passion fruit aroma bouquet. Taste has a hint of booze presence and the hops does bring some resin, but still for a triple ipa this one is scary drinkable and fruit forward, add lemon too. Thus I have to give love to the feel, super juicy, drinkable, smooth and has decent hop resin. Favorite beer of the trip to the tap room

Milkshake cloudy leaving the liquid white-gold. Thick head to start which leaves a series of streaks. The head does fade to rim bubbles.

Crisp and clean aroma of mild creamy malt and a light flowery hop.

Relatively thin bodied with a higher than average carbonation. The flavor is more straight up pale malt initially. The bitter hop kicks in strongly and remains through the long, dry aftertaste. No notable alcohol despite the 9+ abv.

Pours a uniformly cloudy straw yellow with a fizzy active carbonation which fades to nothing quite quickly. No lacing during drinking. Last of the can drops a bit of resin into the glass which adds a bit of shrapnel. Aroma is not all that strong but is a nice blend of sweet peach & passionfruit with hints of apple & vanilla. Taste is juicy - orange juice up front, with peach flavours for sure - then a mix of sourness from the active carbonation , sweet booziness, grassy, floral & sweet astringent bitterness. My can doesn't state the ABV, but the 9.4% in the description explains the almost-bourbon-booziness which peeks through from time to time. Can definitely states Triple IPA so at 9.4% I would call this a Triple NEIPA which has the juicy fruit leading the way with the flavour. I'm not sure I've had a more drinkable beer at 9.4%; Crusher is 9% I believe with session drinkability but this is a touch higher and tastes like vodka & OJ with a lot more complexity. Foundation certainly makes some great beer!

L - Golden orange, murky body, finger of white head

S - Lots of dank bitterness, citrus zest, orange rind

T - Bitter throughout, but balanced out with the orange juice, sherbet, and grapefruit

F - Full and creamy. Drunks lighter than 9%

O - Stellar TIPA out of Maine

Look: Cloudy, hazy, murky, juicy, thick, with minimal head

Smell: Tropical fruits, sweetness akin to mango, maybe some stone fruits

Taste: Just a sucker punch of fruit juice. Pineapple? Mango? Dank but not abusively so with some nice mild hoppiness to round it out. Is this even a beer? Am I in heaven?

Mouthfeel: Smooth, full bodied, easy drinker for high % but definitely heavy mouthfeel. Juicy and wet.

Overall: Triple IPA...I mean c'mon Triple IPA! This beer is a treat. Had a pour at Foundation on 4/28. Just opened a can last night and same experience. Great example of a juicy cloudy dank IPA.
