Thank you thebeers for this
16 oz can, dated 7/23/18, poured into a teku
A- A fairly hazy golden copper with a two finger white head
S- Dry apple cider and sweet fruits, tropical fruits, guava, berries. Kind of reminds me of a fruit roll-up.
T- Tropical fruits, apples, some citrus, berries, slightly piney finish.
M- Smooth, dry, light body.
O- Based on the new description of a Brut IPA I feel that Foundation did a good job with this.

Hazed light yellow-peach color with two-and-a-half fingers of airy near-white head. Lasts a good while. Leaves thick, patchy lacing.
Peach skin, melon, mango, banana, guava, pineapple, cream and strong floral hops in the nose. Real melody of ripe and flowery aromas there.
The same elements are present up front in the taste but then drop off a cliff so that there is very little aftertaste. There's some light bitterness -- almost like a burnt citrus -- and water-cracker malt that linger in the aftertaste.
Full, creamy feel with enough carbonation.
I believe this is my first go with a Brut IPA. I'm enjoying it quite a bit. A lovely and unusual beer. The citrusy bitterness ties it all together.

Canned 7/23/18 (33 days ago)
L - 3-finger bright white head atop a translucent orange body.
S - white wine, grapefruit, pine.
T - apple juice and white wine. A tinge of medicinal flavor. Floral, some pine, some citrus. Low bitterness. Moderate-low sweetness. Low booziness.
F - medium-light body with high carb.
O - very strange. I don’t hate it, but not sure I like it either.

16 oz can about 3 weeks old unchilled from friend's vacation
Pours whitish golden hazy with foamy white head that leaves ample lacing behind.
Smells of sweet grape juice, not much else.
Can taste a moderate bready malt followed by grape juice and piny bitter finish.
Creamy mouthfeel.
Overall, not bad for what I imagine is a non-traditional experimental ale.
