Looks like an average stout. The head is large and bubbly but disappears quickly leaving only some traces on the the sides.
Smell is largely toffee with bits of carmal and heavily roasted coffee.
Taste has sweet notes of carmal from the smell but the roasted coffee is more prevalent in the taste than it's smell. Toffee seems to stick around in the aftertaste. Very sweet for a stout that doesn't appear to have any flavoring added.
Feel is super light and smooth with little carbonation.
O: a very solid Stout that is worth trying

This ones for you, Wayne! Happy St Paddy's Day. Starts off with a solid black body and is topped with a large tan head and very good lacing. Roasted malts up first in the aroma followed by a bit of black licorice, root beer and coffee. Hearty, earthy taste. Focus is still on the roasted malts while some of the more traditional flavors of the style, like coffee and unsweetened chocolate contribute. Hops are kept to a minimum. Creamy, medium bodied, modestly carbonated mouthfeel. A good beer to relax with.

Can dated Feb. 21st. Brewed for St. Paddy's Day
A: Pours a near pitch black color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a nice cap that leaves decent lacing
S: Roasted malt, light caramel, dark chocolate, light coffee, some toasted grain as well
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with the roasted malt and toasted grain and then moves into the caramel, coffee, and dark chocolate. Bittersweet. Finishes nicely with lingering roast and caramel
M: Medium bodied with low-moderate carbonation. Smooth
O: A really impressive Irish dry stout that is super crushable at 3%. This should be a brewery staple year-round and then canned for St. Paddy's day. Or something like that
