Pours fairly cloudy gold color with a big-bubbled head that fizzes to a film very quickly.
The aroma is sharp with some fruit I can't quite place but is not the most appealing. Fortunately there is a nice orange and grapefruit hop base to it.
The taste is semi-sweet with the citrus notes coming through mostly. Still can't place the other flavor in it. It is actually a very pleasant flavor overall, maybe a little floral too.
Feel is soft with a might to moderate bitterness that comes through mostly in the finish. Not much effervescence.
Other than the odd aroma when you first open it this is a solid NEIPA and maybe my favorite in the series. I did like #4 very much though (which became Cosmic Bloom). Well worth trying out - who knows if it will ever come out again.
