From a 16 oz can sampled on Nov 11 2020.
Slightly foggy golden-yellow appearance with a modest fizzy white head.
An aroma of bread, biscuit, and wet grass mainly.
Light and smooth mouthfeel.
The taste starts sweet and bready but those grassy hops get quite bitter at the finish

Hazy lemon straw color, thin head, minimal lacing, 5.1%
Faint citrus on the nose. Czech barley and Saaz hops
Taste is pilsene, bit biscuity, with hint of floral and fruit, nice
Feel is smooth, light to medium bodied and nice carbonation, but a hint of soapiness
This is an above average pilsener, simple and refreshing. It could do with a bit more of a hop profile, would be better with other pilsener hops.

No can date, picked up last week at the brewery with rudzud
Pours a med-small fizzy head that fades semi quickly, crystal clear golden pilsner color
Nose herbal floral hops, Saazer hops that get a touch skunky like, some sulfur mineral notes, some cereal grain and doughy notes, but not a ton of pilsner malt
Taste brings light grainy malt, grainy-sweet pilsner malt but not much, a little cereal grain and doughy, hops come with med-lower bitterness at first, and herbal floral flavor with a little fruity note, getting a touch spicy later, and bitterness ramps on the finish to med level, a touch lemon as well, mild sulfate mineral adding to the crisp bitter bite on the finish, a little sticky on the finish, a bit soft lager like
mouth is med bod, soft lager, med-high prickly carb
Overall not bad, not quite the level of the good Czech pilsners coming from Czech but decent for an American version, wish the malt was a bit more, and the hops had more of the fresh Saazer flavors, especially the nose

Split a 4 pack of this with JLindros. No canning date but I'm going to assume, based on the previous Foundation beer, that this is a batch 1. Which means it was canned early October 2019. So, roughly 3 months old.
A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a nice crystal clear golden hue with a fat two finger white head that fades slowly to leave a thin creamy blanket and a decent halo. No real lacing.
S - Aromas of grassy hops, slightly floral, little earthy. Decent pilsner malts, not overly sweet. Smells rather muted though.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with slightly grassy hops, maybe a little spicy. Flashes of grain throughout as well as slightly sweet malts. There is a slight lingering bitterness as well on the finish.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp, clean, lighter bodied, thinner mouthfeel.
O - Overall this was a decent enough pilsner. Something that would certainly be enjoyable in the summer but not necessarily something I would buy again. It's decent but very run of the mill and I think the pilsner elements could have popped more. Again, perhaps that is due to the age of the can.
