16oz canned 11-26-19, opened 1-24-20.
1" white head with short retention, settles in as a cap quickly. Opaque, pale golden colored DIPA. Thin wispy lacing.
Grapefruit, orange marmalade, coconut, herbal notes and some dank, green weedy qualities. A floral perfume is evident midway through. Very appealing and complex aroma.
Citrus and the orange marmalade descriptor comes to mind again. Some grape like Nelson quality but no Nelson used - very appealing add to the flavor though.
Full body, soft mouthfeel. Between low and medium bitterness. Long and pleasant hop filled finish.
Outstanding. Such a unique hop profile in the aroma and flavor.

L: Brilliant opaque orange with a standard bone-white head fading to a ring with partial lines of lace.
S: Tropical meets mineral and a fleeting thought of muscat wine grapes.
T: Oddly some alcohol on the palate here. The tropical aspect is muted some and dominated by hop bitterness and some candy sugar. While this is easily crushable for its ABV, the fruits are not there.
F: medium heavy weight and mouthfeel. Not overbearing, and smooth for all the bitterness, but a little flabby feeling.
O: This is a good brew, but not the hop profile for me to rave about it. It’s a local Go, but I would not pay the shipping premium again. Still, so far, it’s underrated. Solid four and a quarter.
