Foundation Brewing’s newest New England IPA features Galaxy, Columbus, and Chinook hops. Inspired by camping in the Maine woods, Foundation set out to brew an IPA with the dank, green flavor that harkens to the forest. Australian Galaxy hops provide that dankness you crave, and the Columbus and Chinook bring in juicier notes of pineapple and cantaloupe. This IPA is named Dee Dee Dee after the chickadee’s iconic chirp – a nod to our beloved state bird and fellow forest lover!

The pilsner, vienna, wheat, and oat grist sounded mostly tasty w the exception of wheat. Had to try it tho, and I’m happy I did. This is a clever, tasty take on hazy IPAs. Galaxy, Columbus Cryo, and Chinook were great. Dee Dee Dee drank very light and smooth. Overall, I really enjoyed it, and I’ll buy the 4-pack instead of the single.

Nice solid neipa. A little bitter but very good.
