A New England IPA with a hint of tangerine, Gobble Gobble was brewed in the spirit of celebrating family, friends, and community, and in thanks for all the support Foundation Brewing has received from friends and neighbors over this wild year. They added a splash of tangerine to this Citra hopped IPA to amp up the citrus notes and bring in an extra burst of refreshing flavor.

The look is what a hazy NEIPA should be with its murky, hazy light amber appearance and modest, lasting white head.
There is a lot of aroma in this beer including the promised tangerine and orange esters and a lower profile cereal grain character.
Medium mouthfeel.
The taste is quite sweet and juicy and th bitterness is more of a tropical or citrus bitterness rather than a harsh one. Textbook hazy IPA.
