Alright - I'm not always looking for Foundation but I have some respect. I was in the store looking at a wall of beer and looked up to find that gem of a review by @Fitzy01. "Simcoe and sabro.....let’s go!" gave me a chuckle so I said what the hell! Thank man!
I'm not disappointed. Pours a deep gold color, mostly cloudy with a one finger fizzy head that settles quickly to a film with no rings. Aroma is distinctly tropical with some pineapple notes but also that Mosaic musk that I am not super fond of - that's just me though, no knock. Flavor is generally on the sweet side with some pineapple and light cocunt notes. That is the Sabro, which is done discretely so not overpowering. That was a good decision I think, as it allows the light malt flavors to combine. Doesn't have much more than that going on though. The finish has an odd metallic tinge that I don't like but it is very faint. Feel is smooth and medium bodied. Overall I think it is a good beer but not one that leaves me clamoring for the next one in the 4-pack. On a side note I think their use of sabro is well balanced.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
