West Coast-style IPA hopped with Simcoe, Azacca, and El Dorado. Pours a clear gold with dried apricot on the nose and notes of grapefruit juice and white grape on the palate. Finishes with a smooth bitterness.

From a 16 oz. can sampled on Dec 29 2021.
The appearance is golden with little to no haze. A modest fading white head. Fairly traditional looking IPA.
The aroma is mainly perfume and floral characters. Mostly traditional as far as today's IPA's go. Maybe something pine. A lower profile biscuit note.
Light-medium mouthfeel.
The taste is at first sweet then floral hoppy. Moderate bitterness for sure. Lingers.
