Can. Gold with lasting head and a little lace. Very spicy grassy minty at first, but settle down to nice and grainy and noble. Medium crackery sweet with a touch of honey and white wine tartness. Spicy finish that dries it just enough. Very light body. Lively bot not fizzy. Very good.

Picked this up at the brewery in Maine a few weeks ago. The beer is cellar temp and Im pouring into my .5L dimple mug.
The beer pours a bright clear golden color with a fluffy bleached white head foaming up about 1.5 cm. The foam fades to a sturdy edge layer and leaves some scattered lattice when I take a sip.
Aroma is some light grainy malt, a little green pear and some floral honey. Nose is sort of mild, but definitely fits for the style.
First sip reveals a light body with fine tingly carbonation that tickles across my palate.
Flavor is sweet up front with honey notes and fruit and then rolls to a bit of a grainy note and finishes with floral hops and very dry.

Super easy drinking brew that I am glad to have a couple more waiting for me in the cellar.
