This is a delicious beer! Extremely hoppy with a hint of pine. It’s very strong, but the alcohol is not overpowering at all. This is seriously one of the better ipas I’ve had in awhile.

16oz can served in a pint glass. 07-05-18 is the date on the can. Given to me by a friend at work.
Pours a honey golden with a medium sized head that fades slowly and leaves a thin sheeet of lacing. Not a lot of carbonation. Smell is boozy, malty, bitter. Smells like old hops, but it's within my 3 month window. Unless it's a "best by" date instead of a "canned on" date...
Taste is boozy, malty, bitter, less 'old hop' but definitely not fresh hop. It probably doesn't help that my last beer was actually a fresh hop.
Mouthfeel is resinous, thick. Overall...I would try it again if I got it significantly fresher, but I wouldn't try it again at 2 months.

this one is huge! i rarely like my hoppy beer to be super alcoholic in flavor, save the odd american barleywine, but really this is probably stronger than it needs to be, its hot in nose and in feel, and it slows me down a lot, seems to be overly sweet too, and its a tough combination, even a little disappointing because i like the flavor a lot, even at 8% abv or something i think it would be a better beer. they use a lot of hops in here, and it is bitter, which sometimes these arent, but there just seems to be too much of an emphasis on size over flavor, and thats unflattering. notes of honey and really intense grapefruit, northwestern and high alpha, some haze but west coasty to my taste buds, slick and oily and rich, i appreciate the grain depth here, but it never really has a chance to get established. there is a lot to like here, but how much of this could anyone really drink? i didnt have much hoppy beer so its hard to find a frame of reference for these guys in the style. this is just colossal, good hop complexion but make sure you have a driver if you are going to get into this one...
