On tap at the brewery.
The appearance was pale slightly milky yellow color with no head or lace.
The aroma had some sweet banana flesh to gentle sweet wheat flowing over some grassy hops. Light witbier traits slide in nicely. Barely any watermelon.
The flavor was mainly sweet with an ample amount of the banana crushing some of those grassy hops and allowing the watermelon to be, once again, barely there. Slight aftertaste of sweet wheat and banana.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a good sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine, somewhat low. ABV felt appropriate.
Overall, one of those almost "witbier" sort of fruit beers. I liked it for me, but the watermelon doesn't show a whole lot of strength which probably is a good thing considering that too much watermelon might be construed as "fake."

Found this in the can cooler at Beverage Warehouse earlier.
Pours a light gold hue with a touch of white with some head.
Clove with a touch of watermelon in the nose.
Starts off with a strong dose of watermelon, followed by clove. Very much like a liquefied watermelon rind. Refreshing.
Finishes clean with lingering watermelon essence.
I don't usually drink wits or hefes but this is one hell of a refreshing beer. Perfect for a hot day like this.
