Nucleated Tulip
Look: Hazy yellow (like pineapple juice), poured a one finger head which dissipated completely after 3min
Smell: Fruity, slightly sour. Hints of orange zest, barely any mint though. Some citrus.
Taste: Slightly sour. Some orange, apple cider notes, and a pleasant after taste of orange soda.
Feel: Lightly carbonated. Light in the mouth, crisp and clean finish.
Overall: Great sour beer, while not entirely like a mojito, I can see the inspiration. Clean and light sipper. I wish this was still available so I could pick a few packs up.

16 oz. can.
Moderate to vigorous pour yields 1/2 inch white head over a hazy straw colored body with scant lacing. Nose of lime, mint, and a bit of licorice(?) Taste of lime, mint, and orange. Very nice tart and semi-dry finish. Nice feel and overall, hot damn, they did indeed replicate an Orange Mojito with this bad boy! Too bad summer is at an end, as I could have enjoyed these even more. Cheers to the (change for a dollar) crew!

A- The green tallboy pours a hazy and cloudy pale yellow brew into my tulip glass. The head instantly shoots up to the entirety of the glass and it appears that there might be some high carbonation in this brew. Once things settle the one inch head has great retention leaving sparse spotty lacing.
S- Sour indeed with the lactic acid in the forefront alongside the orange presence. Spearmint does come through with its signature herbal and minty aromas in the backdrop of the citrus and sourness.
T- Takes the same path as the aroma and the major flavor of the beer is a mix of the oranges and the lactic acid giving off a flavor profile that is like a very tart clementine. Joining in with those is a solid note of spearmint, pale whole grains, bread and lemons. Sour orange juice.
MF- Light bodied with a very airy and puffy texture and a very very high level of carbonation. Ends sour.
A rather sour base brew with a lot of orange and citrus flavors and a hint of spearmint. On the palate it does indeed represent a mojito fairly with more sourness.

Pours a hazy blonde with amber highlights. Strong orange tint in the nose with a touch of spearmint. Lip puckering acidic citrus flavor upfront with a mint finish. Very refreshing with a juicy finish. I didn't realize how much I needed this in my life. Get some!

super bright and zesty orange juice note and definitely getting the complexity of acidic pulpy OJ and sharper slightly bitter orange peel notes as well as a sweeter almost candied orange quality. the mint comes through very clean and is reminiscent of spearmint gum... there is some grainy and tart lemon/lime-ish quarter playing around. so well executed - extremely flavorful, refreshing, and delicious!
