This one pours a very murky dark brown color, with a big fluffy head, and lots of lacing.
This smells mildly spiced, with some stale breadiness, and a touch of caramel.
None of the spices or "adjuncts" come through really at all. There's a mild vague spiciness, and no pumpkin, and no maple syrup. It's not very sweet, and the malt backbone is honestly more crackery than bready. I usually love Four Quarters, but this falls a bit short for me.
This is light bodied and pretty thin, with not a ton of drinkability.
This is certainly on the lower end of the quality spectrum for Four Quarters - they are usually much, much better.

the ginger comes through really nice, some seasonal spices dancing in the background creates a nice spice profile that is proimnent but not overbearing. some sweeter sugary and syrupy notes and a slightly creamy quality, hint of pumpkin flesh. super different and interesting, well executed ... the ginger and spice profile in this is most pronounced, mellow pumpkin flavors blending in well.
