Rum Barrel aged. Really interesting beer. Nose is mostly Tripel with a bit of the Chai Spice. Taste is Tripel, Chai Spice, and a bit of rum on the back end. A bit of heat on this one, but not anything overwhelming. The mouthfeel is consistent with being a Tripel and lingers just enough on the tongue. I really enjoyed this one. Wish I would have purchased more than 2 bottles.
