Limited edition variant of Opus Dei aged in Mad River Rum barrels, conditioned on black and red currants, golden raisins and orange/lemon zest.
Pours a peach hue with minimal head into my glass.
Aromas of mint, funk, raisin and currants. My nose says mint and funk but I'm unsure if that's what was intended.
Crisp and tart with juicy citrus peel.
Finishes clean and juicy.
