Pours a hazy blonde hue into my glass with a one finger head. Made with 5 grains and 5 hops. Sweet, spicy with strong citrus presence in nose. Crisp, spicy and chock full of citrus (passionfruit). Sweet, bitter finish. I'd like to know specifically which hops and malts were used as I feel that I can't describe it any better. Well worth picking up!

Fresh can from Beverage Warehouse, Winooski, Vermont.
This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a semi-bright hazy to slightly murky pale yellow/orange color. Nice sustaining cap of a little white foamy head must have taken a good minute before gently dissipating on into the beer.
The aroma had a wonderful meshing of sweet danky grass over some dried sweet onion, somewhat like Vidalia onions to be specific and then a whiff of dried pine and some lemon rind bitterness.
The flavor lead with the grassy sort of hoppiness, a nice pulling sweetness with a crisp danky bitterness. Danky onion sweet dryness in the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a good sessionability about it. Carbonation felt somewhat low as expected. ABV felt appropriate. Danky sweet dry sort of finish.
Overall, a very well done APA well worthy of coming back to and I wouldn't mind having it with some Portabella mushrooms and swiss cheese combo.
