Vigorous pour yields a 1/2 inch white head over a fairly bright light golden body with no lacing as the head disappeared in seconds. Nose of citrus, oak from the wine barrel, and very slight funk. Taste of citrus and an ever so slight sweetness with a dry white wine-like finish. Good feel and overall a nice and interesting stab at a lambic from Winooski, VT. Cheers!

This one pours a slightly hazed straw yellow, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells great- there's a bright and clean acidity on the nose, with lemon cream, hay funk, a slight mineral character, and clove.
This is really great. That Winooski air must have some tasty bugs in it. The acidity and sourness are restrained and clean, with a lemon and vanilla flavor that melds in really well with the minerally and hay-like funk. There's a ton of flavor going on for only 4.4% ABV.
This is light bodied, with a very soft feel to it, and a lighter level of carbonation.
This is a spontaneous wild ale that comes fairly close to some of the flavor profiles I'd expect from true lambic. It's not quite 100% there and 100% authentic, but it's certainly going in the right direction.
