Drinking in a 5oz snifter at the brewery.
Pours a clear medium orange with a foamy head.
Some smell of pine.
Nice full mouth feel.
Nice taste. Some fruits, some resin, some bitterness.

Interesting beverage. I found it to be sort of peppery on the back end at first. I settled into it as though it were a comfortable chair. As I sipped, the peppery aspect seemed to become more floral, I'd say. I believe this is my first beer with Ella hops. Solid. I touch my bicep as I say that.

Can dated March 1st, opened March 28th. Four-pack picked up right from the brewery.
Appearance:
Pours an opaque pale yellow that resembles pineapples juice. Good centimeter or two of soapy head.
Smell:
Lots of orange and cantaloupe over mild doughy malt. Good dank cannabis, green grape, and cucumber notes too. Maybe even something toward the end that reminds me of a mint garnish.
Taste:
Opens with strong orange, tangerine, and grapefruit. Although fruity, it is neither sweet nor sour as a refreshingly bitter green onion taste moves in. The aftertaste is not very weighty or resinous, but it is potent in how it lingers in the sinuses and front of the mouth.
Overall:
This beer is very vibrant, very fresh and is perfect for these warm-but-still-crisp spring days. There is great body up front that I wish could persist to work with those closing hop flavors. This is still a fantastic beer. Crack open some seriously sharp Cabot for a great time.
