Unknown canning date (please date your beers!) but seems fresh; uses Ekuanot and Columbus hops; very good NE IPA, with an amazingly pungent, dank nose

Very nicely done. Cans dated 4/24/19 purchased on 5/4. ,A little pricey at $17.79 and on sale at that. Typical dirty orange with a finger of soft head that leaves a bit of lace. Excellent hop aromas even before pouring into a glass. Pine and pineapple combined on the tongue. Medium body and fairly low carbonation. Overall, Four Quarters is putting out some excellent beers and this,is one of them.

Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a thick burnt orange to copper color with a quickly dissipating small foamy white head. Nice film of lace trying to be messy but coating the glass, more or less.
The aroma pulled tangerines to papayas sweet and thorough rolling into some danky sweet grassiness. Sly sweet onion on the back end.
The flavor was mildly sweet with a nice danky to zesty hop spice blending with the tamgerine/papaya-like fruitiness. Slightly dry with some bitter citrus rind along with the tangerine/papaya fruitiness in the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Nothing distracting but there is a certain dryness punching at some zesty hop spice harshness. This leads in the finish with a fair creaminess confiscating the harshness.
Overall, this is an extraordinary New England styled DIPA well worthy of coming back to. Great job Brian! And thank you for brewing one to style without the "hop heat" which many brewers need to realize 'hop heat' is considered a flaw to this style.
