A- Tallboy into a narrow chalice with a murky and swampy deep orange body. The head is off-white and ascends to a finger high with a foamy texture. The head dies somewhat quickly, rather fizzy, and lacing is out of the question.
S- Fruit juice makes up the bulk of the aroma with the raspberry and mango coming on strong. Orange juice comes on next and the tartness is definitely suggested here giving the beer a lactic and lemony nose. Hints at a sweet and tart balance.
T- While the nose allows the fruit to shine without hindrance the taste buds bring out more of the beer underneath and while it is not a complete clash the sweetness, yeast character and malt flavors don't play that amazingly with the mango and to a lesser degree the raspberry. Definitely has a popsicle or fruit juice cocktail vibe to it. Thankfully some witbier yeast character comes through with a spicy and estery flavor profile providing a much needed depth that helps bridge the fruit and the grains. Mango raspberry fruit juice with bready, spicy and malty beer hints.
MF- Fluffy and creamy texture to the light-medium body. The carbonation is at a medium level and just a bit lower than one would expect with this kind of flavor profile. Ends sweet and tart.
Unsurprisingly Four Quarters brings some huge flavors to the table with a ton of mango and raspberry off the top leading into bready, sweet, lemony tart and spicy base beer flavors. Not the greatest marriage of flavors but still pleasant all around if you like fruit juice.

Sweet, juicy, fruity witbier. A little strong on the fruit for my taste. Tastes closer to a juice than a beer. Very refreshing for drinking on a hot summer afternoon.

On tap at the brewery.
The appearance was a semi-dark murky orange color with a light foamy head. Barely any lace.
The aroma had some peach, mango, lemon and raspberry sweet and tartness develop together for a bright sweet and tart character-ed beer. Some light tones of white bread and some yeast ride underneath.
The flavor took the prior mentioned aromas to gather a nice strolling sweetness to mesh with the breadiness very nicely. Mild aftertaste of white bread, raspberries, lemon, mango.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt on par. The finish was all about the mangoes and peach.
Overall, it's what I expect from Four Quarters when it comes to a witbier. One of Vermont's most reliable brewers for brewing outside of the box.

plenty of juicy mango, creamsicle, and peach, a good amount of sweetness that is well balanced with this tart raspberry candy type note, raspberry seeds and flesh combining with other fruity flavors to create a complex sour smoothie like thing. bready wheat, lemon, and herbal qualities rounding this one out. very soft medium bodied mouthfeel. well done!
