Can to a ceramic coffee mug. This is a fucking good German pilsner.
A- slightly cloudy dark gold, thick creamy head that dissipated quick to lace
S- biscuity, hoppy aroma, lemony and grassy. Impeccable smell. Activated memories.
T- Flavor is malt and honey, grassy, bit of hops. Very firmly tastes like German pils to me. A bit too sweet and just a touch too sharp, but really solid.
M- Creamy, full-bodied, good carbonation.
O- Great German style pils. Absolutely one of the better pils I've had in a while.

Average. Unmemorable. Not horrible though. Just mediocre. Too bad.

great packaging on this, but nice pils too, hoppy as they go but still drinkable, crafty and fresh, only faintly european to me, pretty modern american lager in a lot of ways, nicely executed overall. unfiltered looking but not real hazy, a shade deeper than expected on the color but not really malty to drink, and frothy headed and well carbonated. the nose on this is lightly spicy from the hops, pretty classically german there, at least in terms of being noble to me, but the dosage is high, and this is bitter, and not just at the end but starting a little earlier, so overall quite robust. the water chemistry is good, the yeast is close to neutral, and there is obvious balance although its less dusty and cereal forward than most german types. the flavor is solid, not that light in body and well hoppy, but with all the bubbles and the still snappy finish i find it refreshing enough to pound on, although there is an oily hoppy aftertaste that lingers just a bit longer than i need it to. nice with cheese and crackers, not sure its the best thing for the dinner table in most instances, but as a preprandial sipper it does the trick just fine. i like the spiciness from the hops, i get a little clean citrus too, a lime zest thing, and some faint nuttiness from the grain. flavorful stuff and nicely lagered, even though the yeast is minimal in the flavor mix. i need to get over and check out their new location next time i am back out that way!

Pours a beautiful golden color and is basically crystal clear except for the floaters. There’s a lot of small ones that don’t come out in the pictures. Head instantly dissipated to just a few bubbles, no lacing.
Aroma is hoppy, flower and earthy. Smells like walking into a brewery while the brew, it’s very pleasant.
Taste is mildly sweet and mostly sharp citrus flavors like lemon and lime. Unfortunately there is also a little yeastiness that comes out at the end. It’s faint but pretty noticeable, has a homebrew vibe.
Mouthfeel is smooth with mild carbonation and a little bitterness at the end. And again the sweetness lingers pretty long after the sip.
Overall...My favorite thing about this beer is the aroma it really smells like a brewery on brew day, like to a tee. It is definitely not a traditional pils, I’m not sure if it’s marketed as one or not though. I also wish it was cleaner, it doesn’t drink like lager at all and if it didn’t say pilsner I probably would’ve never guessed it to be a lager. Nonetheless glad to taste and review, I’m enjoying this pour

A- Tallboy pours into a becher with a slightly cloudy pale yellow body and a one inch creamy cap that has fairly good retention. Lacing begins with a sheet that wraps the whole glass and massive webs on most of the glass beyond that.
S- Hoppy aroma with crisp earthy, spicy and herbal hops pinned against Pils grain which gives crackery and slightly sweet and bready suggestions. Nice balance and gives off that hoppy edge you want in this style.
T- Hoppy first and then a bit malty and slightly yeasty after that. The hops are in the front and center with floral, herbal and grassy notes with slight zestiness as well. Malts bring a very light sweetness as the beer is on the dry side on the whole. Crackers, breadiness, pale barley and slight doughy hints. A touch of pale fruits.
MF- Fluffy and fairly creamy texture to the medium bodied Pils. Bubbles are on the high side and it puffs up on the palate. Ends with a dry floral bitterness.
Hoppy pilsner with those Noble hop notes leading the way and coming on rather strong balanced by medium malt influence and a touch of yeast.

Can. Gold with chill haze and a lace (my glass is not completely clean @#$%^&%$#) . Nice assertive noble herbal aroma. Medium sweet honey and lots of bready malts. Medium herbal finish. LIght body and lively. Fucking classic.

From the 16 oz. can with no canning or expiration date. The label says "Dribnk Fresh" and I don't know if I am doing so. I sampled it on April 18, 2019.
Average to above average looking yellow-olive pour with an unfiltered haze and a small white head that dissolves in quick order.
I pick up some toasted bread and biscuit grains on the nose and a more pungent grassy character but not a lot beyond that.
Light, refreshing body.
The taste is sweet at first with a big grassy and floral bitter bite coming up on the backside. I think I would have liked iut to be toastier. Easy to drink. Nothing extraordinary.

Can to pilsner glass.
The appearance was semi-hazy burnt yellow color. Some carbonation could be seen rising at a fair pace. Nice look on the webbed lace weaving to a fair touch along the glass. Head disappeared fairly quick.
The aroma seemed to blend some grassy and spicy hops to a nice sweet biscuity maltiness. Slight lemon sweetness mixing it up with some earthiness.
The flavor leads with the sweet biscuits and a sly lemon then a light zesty grassy hop bitterness. Mild aftertaste of grassy spicy hops with biscuits.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fond sessionability about it. Good carbonation. ABV felt on par. Mild grassy hoppy to zesty hoppy finish.
Overall, somehow it seems like a cross of a German pilsner and a Czech pilsner. Would be one I would come back to. Pass the bratwurst, please!

Slightly hazy gold appearance with a creamy frothy white foam head. Aromas of sweet bready biscuity malts, some earthy herbal notes and some floral citrus fruits. Slight skunk and creamed corn notes. Tastes like bready biscuity toasted crackery malt sweetness, some tobacco spice, with earthy herbal floral grass and some grapefruity lemony citrus notes. Feels medium thick bodied, creamy smooth with moderate low carbonation. Overall a nice Pilsner.
