16 oz can acclimated to room temperature for 20 minutes and poured into an ipa glass.
Pours a hazy, mild orange color, with a 3 finger, frothy, airy, white head, leaving little lacing.
Initial aroma is grapefruit and bright grassiness, and some clear alcohol.
Initial taste before swallowing is sweet, sugary almost, with grapefruit flesh.
After swallowing I first get citrus pith bitterness and grapefruit flesh, with a note of clove, a very mild burning sensation. These flavors last into the finish, being primarily clove tingling and pith bitterness.
Feel is very frothy, due in part to the lovely fine carbonation.

Poured from a 16 oz can; no birf date. Pours straw yellow with good initial head that slowly but surely recedes... good lacing though. Sweet chardonnay light taste with subtle hops. Not bad.
