This one pours a light hazy-ish orange color, with a big fluffy head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like stale fruit, heavy duty leathery Brett, and light spicing.
I was definitely hoping for more fruit character here. It's an absolute Brett bomb - bready and almost stale tasting, with an off-putting sweetness from the base witbier. This is honestly just kind of messy - I expected quite a bit more out of it.
This is kind of weirdly thick, and not very drinkable. It's got a lower level of carbonation.
I'm not a huge fan of this. I usually like Four Quarters better.

this beer brings a lottt of sweetness from the fruit and bready character, some acidic orange, seedy raspberries, ripe mango, peachy quality and general sweetness throughout. the oak barrels may have also provided even more sweetness but also bring a wonderful white grape quality. at some points i absolutely loved this, and at others i felt like the sweetness of the base beer clashed with the barrel quality, which makes me really want to try the unfruited version of this.
