Poured into a 16 oz thin mouth glass canned on 11/12/21. Pours a hazy orange yellow with a 2 finger sticky white head that leaves thick streaks of lace with nice retention. 4.25
Aroma is peach, apricot, white grapes, honeydew, a hint of pine, and grapefruit rind. 3.5
Taste peach, white grape, lemon, honeydew, pine, apricot, and grapefruit really very mixed up, rather bitter not loving at all. 3.5
Mouthfeel is above average, a tad sticky not dry, gentle carbonation and it goes kind of easy, but such unique flavors confused. 4
Overall not my jam and kind of nervous to have this hop again, but not a drain pour either. 3.75

Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a pure pale murky orange woody color. Slim cap of a little white foamy head took it's time to fall off. Once did, mild lace slid with the sips in a concave sort of way.
The aroma had sweet danky onion to garlic tones briskly colliding with some piney sweetness, pine wood, and some citrusy sweet character.
The flavor moderately leaned towards the sweet side with a developing danky full and earthy onion to garlic tones. Sticky aftertaste of citrus, piney wood and danky onion.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a good sipping quality about it. Noticeable hop harshness but no burn scathes my tongue. Appropriate low carbonation. Finish was sticky piney wood, citrus bittersweet character, and some onion.
Overall, very nicely done New England styled IPA done up with Polaris hops! Great job, Brian and company!
