This one pours a very hazy golden orange color, with a huge head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like mango puree, light vanilla, melon, citrus, and a light spice bitterness.
Luckily the cardamom is not incredibly strong here, as that might have been a turn off for me. The mango is not overbearing, and adds a nice creamy sweetness here. You still get shades of actual IPA here, as there's a weedy and slightly bitter hop finish, along with fresh citrus rind, and a bit of breadiness.
This is light bodied, and fairly creamy, with not of that overbearing gummy or chalky feel that over-lactosed milkshake IPAs can sometimes have. It's pretty drinkable.
This is definitely one of the better milkshake lines out there. This is a good take on the style.

Canned on 7/30/19 poured into pint glass. Pours a typical golden haze almost like a light orange with a one finger head. Smells very fruity with an almost tart scent sneaking in at the end. The mango flavor is prominent and delicious with a ripe melony finish. Feels smooth going down and the lactose is not overbearing like some other milkshake IPA’s I have had. Overall great beer would like to try some of the other Shakedown series brews.

Pours a combination of gold, blonde and white hues with a frothy head. No canning date. Mango upfront with a touch of cardamom in the nose. Tart, juicy, sweet mango dominates the palate, enhanced by the cardamom. There's some creaminess (lactose) that helps it go down cleanly with just the minimum of bitterness. I realize that this style of IPA won't win over everyone. I enjoy it regardless.
