Can purchased at Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a dark orange-ish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells sharply grapefruit forward, but also quite malty, with caramel and breadiness.
I love a good West Coast IPA, but just tastes too malty unfortunately. It’s very toasty and too sweet, with caramelly tones. The hop character comes across as a bit astringent, especially when contrasted against the sweet malty backbone. I love a more old fashioned IPA but this isn’t exactly it.
This is light bodied, a bit too bitter on the finish, and not extremely drinkable.
I love the resurgence lately of West Coast IPAs, but not all of them are going to be great.

Very impressive take on a West Coast IPA. The malt is not overpowering, and the hops are pronounced.

By far the best FOUR QUARTERS brew. Excellent Hop integrity and perfect carbonation. Long lasting foam head. Top notch piney aroma with bold bitterness. Cheers!

Can. Copper with lasting head. Piney resiny aroma. Cereal and subdued fruit sweetness. Piney long earthy resiny hoppy bitterness. Medium body, perfectly carbonated for style to give a bite to the hops but not make it harsh. Classic WC IPA. I can't understand why people would prefer a murky NEIPA to this, but to each their own. Excellent.

16 ounce can.
Canned 04OCT21.
Vigorous pour yields a two inch white head over a deep golden, hazy body with sticky lacing. Nose of pine and citrus with a hints of floral attributes as well. Taste is citrus and pine all day. Nice dry, bitter finish of pine with slight citrus pith. Cascade! Nice feel and overall, a great representation of the West Coast Style IPA.
For you left coast lovers, this beer's for you!
Cheers!!
