16oz. can into Night Shift stemware.
Nose is citrus, papaya and cantaloupe. Dank. Almost musty. Beer opens cantaloupe, starfruit, fresh cut grass and citrus zest. Sweet and juicy up front with a fresh hop bite in the back. Not bitter though, more astringent than anything. More of the same towards the middle and end. Finishes with notes of ruby red, more citrus zest and pine. Very well balanced. Body is light with ample carbonation. Prickly and lively on the palate and aggressive going down. Dry, sticky finish.
A really solid beer. I'd love to visit other offerings from this brewery.
