Excellent representation of the style.
Dark caramel brown with a 4F head in a Brooklyn Oktoberfest glass.
Deep aromas of biscuit, malt and dates.
Very malty and smooth MF
The flavors are broadened in the taste.
One of the better American brewed Dunkel I’ve tasted in a while..

Great name and label, really glad to see the style being brewed as well, Canned 2021,/3/12
Pours an off white large fizzy frothy almost 2 finger head with med retention, some messy lacing, dark mahogany brown color, hazy
Nose semi sweet caramel toffee aromas, lots of biscuity toasted wheat and grain, a touch nutty and hint of chocolate, rich toasted bread crust, dark dried fruit, fig paste,
Taste brings rich malt again, toasted grains and wheat with some caramelization, more rich dark fruit with some fig and date, lots of sweet rich bread crust, a little caramelized blondie brownie like character, doughy but sweet wheat, toffee, a touch nutty, biscuity, mild sticky finish, touch of bitterness
Mouth is med bod, a bit creamy wheat, med to a bit higher small bubbly fizzy frothy carb, touch sticky
Overall solid dunkel, enjoyable, well done, and happy to find another brewery making this style since I love dunkels

Can. Murky brown with lasting small head and lace. Herbal woody aroma with some hints of banana and clove and cherry and fig and maple syrup. More fruity than sweet fig and some grain with mild finish and very soft medium body. Very good, but not quite like the top tier German ones.

Poured from a 16oz can.
Pours hazy brown with plenty of frothy foamy head. Sweet malts with slight hops on the backside. Smells of sweet aromas with an equal taste. Somewhat new to the style but Four Quarters delivers an excellent beer!
