A rocky white head crackles loudly as it quickly falls from one inch to nothing. The beer is gem clear and light gold (SRM 4-5) with fine carbonation streaming within. No lacing forms on a Pretentious Glass Company spun glass pint.
The aroma is almost entirely comprised of sweet corn and grain. Even at that, there's not much going on here.
The flavor is modestly sweet with bitter edges and a mild sour finish. This is fairly dry, which elevates the cooked corn to a fairly strong stature. After allowing yeast haze into the glass, some floral notes were discernible.
Light, prickly carbonation is more pronounced given the light body and satin texture. Alcohol seems more present than expected, adding to its highly metallic sensation.
This is an ok beer, and probably better suited to a hazy, hot, humid summer afternoon. I got over the unexpected mild sourness about halfway through, which made it more enjoyable.

What a horrible swill. I expected so much more than a sour piss cider like barf that its makers dared to call a Pilsner!
Absolutely horrendous. I marinated chicken in it. Otherwise it would have gone straight down the drain.
AVOID!!!!!!!!!
