Served in a Lagunitas mason jar.
Beer and Asimov: a match made in heaven? let's find out: This stuff pours a clear straw topped by over a finger of bone foam. The nose comprises sweet flowers, peach, light honeydew, and some very light cracked wheat. The taste brings in more of the same, with a strong undercurrent of French bread and an even lower-standing strata of light orange zest and stonefruits. The body is a hefty light, with a light-leaning moderate carbonation and a wet feel. Overall, a nice little table beer, more complex than it has any need to be without the strength and overwhelming nature of the yeast that usually comes with these Belgian interpretations. I could see this as a regular drinker, especially if Belgian pales are up your alley.
