"Ouvrier" on draft at Village Tap. Served in a tulip glass.
Pale golden orange, good clarity with a slight haze, minimal lace.
Smells like yeast and a little like fresh pressed apples. Cider vinegar.
Taste is tart and somewhat clean, cider vinegar is present, trace apple and tart passion fruit.
Some acidity, finishes abruptly dry with little fanfare or complexity.
Fairly light bodied, supple feel, low carbonation.
Overall it's pretty good. Less vinegar and more carb would be better.
