Wow this is a sneaky beautiful beer! The brett is not overpowering, and really lets the tarter tropical aromas come to the surface more. The taste is a little more bready and reels in the fruit, but still very delicious. The feel is light, balanced, smooth and a little oak funk on the finish. Perfect for a picnic

Acquired from The Beer Temple in beautiful Chicago, IL. Drank out of a Transient Artisan Ales Members Glass. Bottled 4/2015.
Look: Light straw color, GUSHER, four fingers of rapidly dissipating head, small amount of rising quick bubbles, beautiful lacing and a minor head.
Smell: Wow, unexpected. Over-ripened tropical fruit (kiwi, mango, and papaya), a ton of funk and Brett, sweet wet hay, a lot of great barnyard saison smells with beautiful fruity hops.
Taste: Wow, a fantastic balance between funk and tropical fruit. Beautiful over-ripened papaya and tropical fruit with a lot of the wet hay/horse blanket funk you'd expect from this style beer. Brett is in full force but not overwhelming at all. So good.
Feel: Dead medium to light side of medium feel (4/10 or 5/10) that Transient nails for its saisons/berliners. Drying due to the Brett, but somewhat slick to the initial feel which is odd but nice.
