2016 vintage; drank 9/17/16 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque pale yellow appearance.
No head; no lace.
Pineapple & peach notes in the nose, with a faint tartness.
Medium thin mouthfeel.
Pineapple & peach flavors up front; an assertive, but not overpowering sour finish.
Fruity & delicious with a challenging, rewarding finish. Nice!

500 ml bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours fairly hazy medium golden yellow color with a minimal fluffy head with poor retention, that reduces to nothing pretty quickly. Minimal spotty lacing and some clinging bubbles on the glass. Good appearance. Aromas of juicy/sour/tart/tangy pineapples, fruit skin, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, apricot, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, hay, straw, and grass; with lighter notes of wheat, cracker, white bread, coriander, peppercorn, musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, pineapples, salt, and light pale/wheat malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big juicy/sour/tart/tangy pineapples, fruit skin, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, apricot, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, hay, straw, and grass; with lighter notes of wheat, cracker, white bread, coriander, peppercorn, musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate lactic tart/sourness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of sour/tart/tangy pineapples, fruit skin, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, apricot, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, pineapples, salt, and light pale/wheat malt flavors; with a solid malt/tart/sourness, and tangy fruit balance. Lightly increasing pucker factor through the glass, but not overwhelming. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering sourness and tangy fruit. Light carbonation and body; with very acidic/tangy, and lightly grainy/saline mouthfeel that is good. A bit rough on acidity. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4%. Overall this is a very good fruited Gose style. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, pineapples, salt, and light pale/wheat malt flavors; pretty smooth and easy to drink despite the increasingly acidic/tangy/drying finish; not too overwhelmingly lactic. Well balanced juicy pineapples and Lacto complexity; with a decent pale/wheat malt backbone. Zero residual sweetness with crisp/puckering lactic dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example. Carbonation would have been great to have, and make it smoother on the lingering lactic acid. Slight heartburn came in at times.

This is strongly sour, yet features sweet pineapple flavor with a tingly carbonation. It's very acidic, and definitely enters acetic territory from time to time.

L - 1/2 finger head is gone in a flash, leaving behind a cloudy yellow body.
S - pineapple, citrus, funk, salt, sugar.
T - acidic pineapple on the attack! Followed by a salty push with a bit of sweetness. Big funky middle, with wheat very apparent. No bitterness. Moderate-low sweetness. No booziness.
F - medium-light body with lower than normal carb.
O - this is one tasty sonofabitch. Hard to find a more flavorful beer at 4% abv.

A - Pours a clear golden yellow with a one finger fizzy wheat head. The head dissapates quickly leaving some light lacing.
S - Aroma is lemon, salt and pineapple.
T - The taste follows the aroma. Lemon and salt upfront followed by bright pineapple in the finish.
M - Light bodied with medium carbonation. Soft mouthfeel with a crisp dry finish.
O - This is a very nice fruited gose. The pineapple adds a nice brightness to the flavor.

Bought from the source in Bridgman, MI. Drank out of a Transient Artisan Ales teku. Yay proper glassware!
Look: Pours with an active four fingers of quickly dissipating bone white head, body is a ripe white grape color, no lacing, large amount of fast down-up carbonation.
Smell: Sour yogurt/buttermilk, pineapple upside down cake, yuzu, lemon zest, a bit of soap.
Taste: Lots of tartness and sharp citrus notes, the pineapple rounds out the finish with a bit of sweetness to work with the wheat, salinity on the back prevents the tartness from being overbearing. Very puckering and acidic, I'd put it as a 9/10 and definitely one of the most sour beers I have had.
Feel: Light medium bodied, silky mouthfeel, drying finish.
