"Saison" but soured so much that in actuality it is more of a wild ale. But anyways, the taste has tons of oak sour to create a tart jam flavor with grape, plum and blackberry. The yeasts and saison spices are brought out in the end as the beer brightens in a hurry. Though delicate, it has a little burn on the end, so sip slowly!

enjoyed December 2017. more of a wild ale than a saison IMO, recommended
