I got a can of this beer from my good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego. It poured a hazy orangish with thin white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had ripe mango and pineapple notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright sweet malt with mango and pineapple presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Pours slightly cloudy, with that white-gold haze. I am getting melon and some tangerine-mandarina juice on the nose. The sip is more citrus forward, with some light bitterness on the end. It’s enjoyable, and another solid offering from Transient.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Pours very hazy deep golden amber/light orange color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, berries, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/lightly earthy hops and bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, berries, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Mild pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, berries, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/lightly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is great. Slight lingering resins through the glass. Minimal warming alcohol for 6.5%. Overall this is a delicious NEIPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/lightly earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mildly bitter/drying finish; great soft feel. Very juicy, vibrant, and lightly dank/earthy hops; with a perfectly balanced wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example. Probably not fresh, but still really impressive as it was.

Might prefer this one to Juice, at the lower ABV it's a real crusher. One of the best hazies in Michigan.

1 Pint can
Served in an oversized, stemless, wine glass
This beer pours a hazy, dull orange color topped with a couple inches of tan head that leaves some nice lacing.
I get light tropical fruit notes.
Much like the smell I get light tropical fruit and not much else.
Medium bodied with creamy mouthfeel
There is just not a lot going on here compared to other beer in this style. It is good but boring in an everexpanding style of beer.

Soapy head that gets thicker as you go down the glass. Very nice head. Not sticky at all, this beer is well manufactured and has the taste of a week-old IPA (but no canning date?). It's clearly unfiltered, but clean and not sticky like some NEIPAs. This is a really strong offering from Michigan. I am drinking this in Cambridge, MA, and I don't regret buying it over the local hazies. Saw a review about this tasting like weinstephaner...not true. Definitely a pure pale ale. Well done considering it tastes so fresh and isn't sweet or off-putting in any way for a beer brewed so far away. Notable!
Not overly aromatic, but a nice break from some of the grassballs I've been drinking where everyone is just going for as unfiltered as possible and stanky (aka commercial-grade mosaic hops which have flooded the market recently). This is really easy drinking.

16 ounce sticker can, no date seen, poured into tulip.
Pours a hazy pale golden, hints of rose, with a fingers worth of fluffy white head. Tremendous lacing as I drink it down. Soft grapefruit, oj, pineapple and a bit of pine on the nose.
Grapefruit, pine, hay, floral notes, soft banana, citrus peel, pepper and dank finish. Pretty complex I’ve found. Soft mouthfeel is slightly thin and a lower carbonated body. Still fairly drinkable.
Unique hazy ipa, not the typical juicy ipa you find with the hazies but definitely worth a try.

16 oz can poured into snifter. No date.
Creamy soapy white head of 3 fingers, big bright gold body, full o' juice.
Wonderful aromas of pine, soft malts, sarsaparilla/vanilla, orange candy, pineapple, melon, and OJ. Creamy pillowy yeast as well.
Flavor brings vanilla in a big way, and reminds me a lot of Weihenstephaner's Hefeweizen. Quite a bit of wet paper, clove and banana, peaches, blueberries, white pepper, and slight hop resins and pine.
Feel is almost like a whisper - here and gone, almost non existent, very watery, building up a pillowy feel very quickly and then darts off. Slight resins on the finish.
Overall the first taste was really great, but the more I drink it the more I'm starting to dislike it. The flavor is kind of fleeting, much like a 6 month old Hefeweizen.

Pours a hazy golden color. The head is white, 1 finger, frothy head with great retention.
The nose is citrusy smelling from the hops. Grapefruit seems to be the aroma to me.
Taste - It has a nice grapefruit flavor. The hops aren't extremely strong, and is a bit mellow, but they are there and delicious.
The body is very creamy. It is full bodied.
Delicious hazy IPA. Well rounded.
