This one is a collaboration with Saint Errant. This poured deep black color with a ton of chocolate in aroma. The taste didn't have a lot of bourbon but the chocolate was really dominate. There was a touch of cinnamon too. The chocolate was very rich and was a bit over done.

One of my all time favorites. Perfect blend of cinnamon, bourbon, and chocolate. Love the smaller bombers that I am able to kill solo and not feel like a complete alcoholic

Taste: Complex, sweet, vanilla, cinnamon, chocolate, graham crackers, malty, boozy bite. Same with the nose. Black/brown hue, mostly opaque, tan head delicate ring of lace. Sticky Full body. A liquid dessert cake.

Thanks to Joplamp for this one, from the recent Cancans BIF. 16.9oz bottle (no date) poured into 14oz teku. Poured the expected solid black color with 2/3 inch of brown head that had low retention and no lacing.
On the nose, the cocoa and graham crackers were dominant, but the cinnamon and vanilla were also apparent. As were some bourbon and barrel.
Fairly similar on the palate, just all aspects stronger. There was the addition of significant alcohol heat, and sharp cinnamon on the very back of the tongue.
The body was the expected thick and full of the style, kept good carb throughout, and had a sweet finish that was counteracted, to a point, by the cinnamon heat.
Drinkability was good, wouldn't want two in a row, but would drink again.
Overall, a pretty nice take on the style. Worth trying if you see it.

Bottling date has rubbed off but 2020 release
Consumed 6/18/20
Looks and feels thick but could always be thicker for my tastes. The smell is amazing. You can pick all the flavors out but maybe the graham cracker. Could maybe use more barrel notes for me. Drinking it there’s so much happening. It’s sweet for sure but less so on the back end. Super complex and the cinnamon doesn’t overpower which is nice. Worth seeking out

Pours a deep black color with a quick, fizzy, tan head and no lacing.
The smell is like a thick, chocolate, fudge, cinnamon brownie. It's pretty incredible.
The taste follows. It's incredibly sweet with chocolate fudge and cinnamon dominating. The cinnamon does not overpower. I was worried the flavor would disappoint after the smell, but it doesn't. There's very little notes from the barrel.
The mouthfeel is a bit fizzy and very thick.
Admittedly, I regretted buying this because of the price. However, it's earned my respect. Transient may be known for IPAs, but this puts many of them to shame.

Appearance - Pours black with a thin tan head that quickly dissipates to a thin ring around the glass. Just a few spots of lacing in the glass.
Aroma - Tons of cinnamon vanilla, chocolate the graham cracker comes in as it warms a bit. The nose is really sweet, cake batter like sweetness. This thing smells incredible. I am not getting much bourbon but this is a dessert stout for sure.
Taste - Taste is a little more subdued on the cinnamon but it probably still comes out the most. Rich chocolate fudge, vanilla, bourbon flavor is really nice along with just a hint of barrel. Getting a little maple in the taste I did not find in the nose.
Feel - High side of medium, very nice warming for the alcohol, smooth very easy drinking for 12%.
Overall - Very well done stout, I absolutely love the flavor, super easy drinking and smooth.
