16 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Pours slightly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, melon, gooseberry, white grape/wine, citrus peel/zest, wood, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/fairly earthy hops and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, melon, gooseberry, white grape/wine, citrus peel/zest, wood, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, woody, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, melon, gooseberry, white grape/wine, citrus peel/zest, wood, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/fairly earthy hops and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, creamy/grainy, and fairly crisp/sticky mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal warming alcohol for 7.2%. Overall this is an excellent brut IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/fairly earthy hops and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink with the mildly bitter/drying finish; fantastically soft feel. Feels like mostly Nelson Sauvin as expected. Very juicy, vibrant, and lightly dank/earthy hops; with a great balancing pale/wheat malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example; but not as bone dry as I expected.

Tasted in a champagne flute from a one pint can on November 4, 2018. Notes of white grapes and bitter citrus. Has carbonation resembling a sparkling wine. Semi-dry finish.

Appearance - Clear golden color with nice fluffy white head that settles to a thick ring with a thin film. Spotty sheets of lacing.
Aroma - White grapes, little orange, some grapefruit, hint of lemon as well. Mild bitter citrus mostly.
Taste - Huge taste of white grape peels, muscadines, some light orange and bitter citrus peel.
Feel - Light side of medium, well carbonated slightly dry finish
Overall - I really enjoy the big grape flavor in this, it could stand to be a little dryer but overall a great beer.
