500 ml bottle into a snifter. Had 10/23/20.
Pours near black and opaque, thick looking, with no real head or lacing. Aromas of bourbon, coconut, vanilla, oak, chocolate, some char, cocoa, tobacco, malt, light molasses. Smells wonderful. Similar flavors- bourbon, coconut, chocolate, vanilla, oak, malt, cocoa, light tobacco and molasses, some caramel as it warms. Tastes even better than it smells. Smooth, a solid full body, appropriately carbonated.
The barrels are just excellent. Lots of coconut, well developed and intense aromas and flavors overall. Truly an outstanding effort. Barrel Aged Neckbeard in any iteration, never disappoints.

Not surprised I loved this considering my love for blanton's bourbon. Deep pitch black with a brown collar. Smell and taste are the exact same, both potent in their bombarding you with huge semi-sweet chocolate, vanilla, coconut all enmeshed in rich bourbon, wood, molasses, with an expressive roasted malt. Feel is impeccably balanced with great barrel and adjunct textures. Thick but not syrupy or wet, chewy, smooth, and clean while packing plenty of booze. A masterpiece despite not being very complex. The wife liked it
