500 ml bottle poured into a teku
A- A clear ruby red with a orange tint and a two finger off white head.
S- Sour, some gin, oak, orange peel, hints of rhubarb, herbal, touch of cinnamon, some vinegar.
T- Sour, orange peel, some rhubarb, gin, herbal, oak, some anise, touch of vinegar.
M- Smooth, light body.
O- This is an interesting one, lots of stuff going on. Gin barrel really understands out in this making this a weird and fun version of a Flanders. I do like how it come together, but I think it would have been better just being an oak aged Flanders.
