Pours a hazy orange color with a HUGE white head that sticks around for the duration of the beer. The nose features the Galaxy hops, with tropical citrus notes (especially passion fruit) and a nice oak note as well to accompany the funky Brett aromas.
The citrus and passion fruit flavors are forward on the taste, followed quickly by the funky Brett flavors, with the oak closing things out for a smooth, nuanced finish. This is absolutely delicious.
The mouthfeel is medium and effervescent, fitting the style. This is an easy drinking, flavorful saison I’d gladly try again and again.
