Served cool from 500ml brown bottle into straight pint glass.
L) Dark reddish-brown cola colour. Fizzy, 1cm off-white head, dissipates to a bubbly film within a couple of minutes.
S) Strong pleasant odour of roasted malt, with a hint of coffee. Spot on for the style, its looking good.
T) Lightish roasted malt flavour and the coffee taste is there too. A pleasant bitterness from the roasted malt.
F) A bit too fizzy for a stout. Other than that, it is a nice easy drinking beer.
O) Solid easy drinking stout, a bit on the light side but I would certainly recommend you give it a try.
