A: The beer is a little hazy yellow in color and has some hints of amber hues. It poured with quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of blueberries and ginger are present in the nose
T: The taste follows the smell, starting off with initial flavors of blueberries and latter flavors of ginger.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This tripel is very unique and has a nice balance of blueberry and ginger in both the smell and taste. It does a good part at hiding most of the alcohol from the taste.

Swung by the brewery yesterday when I was passing by and left with some growlers. This one had just replaced ocelot IPA. Enjoyed from a hoptron uneven snifter.
Through the growler has a nice hazy orange yellow, pours with an almost pinkish hue. Settles in the glass as a vibrant orange yellow with a thin head that is gone almost instantly
The nose is nutty. The combination of ginger and blueberry and the tripel comes across as an almost juicy fruit kind of bubblegum thing. Smells crazy good, if you like sweet juicy fruit type smells (which I happen to love)
The taste follows the nose to a t, perhaps a bit sweeter than the nose suggested (if that is possible). Definite booziness on the taste as well, and that seems to add to the sweetness. The feel is wonderful and full bodied...perhaps a touch too boozy and a hair on the sweet side, but another winner from the new locals. Very much enjoying this brew and don't the I have really ever had anything quite like it before.
