A black pour with moderate carbonation and a fast white head. I get pretty much all malts on the nose. A nice rush of chocolate and malt upfront on the drinking. A clean and smooth flow that finishes sweet with the subtle kiss of the coconut. Additional flavor notes of lactose, coffee, vanilla, caramel, and sugar. The mouth feel is moderate with a slight sticky feel. It really holds up well and does not flirt at all with being watery. The coconut comes on the more I drink but does not become overpowering or artificial tasting.

Overall, a pretty solid drinker.
