Decent plush, fruity, creamy, fresh-hoppy NEIPA style brew. Round mouthfeel, & not overly bitter to the style.
Doesn't run with the best of this type, but a very nice drink, & my favorite from Mustache to this point.
Would definitely grab again. Cheers! to dem Locals!

8-8-18 canned on date, tall can.

Pours hazed lighter amber, typical khaki cap and leaving frothy ringed sheeting.

Minty hopped up nose.

Softly hopped up and mildly dank ipa, again some mintyness, ripe pineapple and soft fruity juicy neipa goodness

Deep gold color and hazy with a tall head of foam... Lots of grapefruit flesh and pith, with an undertone of pine... Subtler suggestions of orange, onion, and herb... Medium-light weight, smooth... Mild sweetness, moderate bitterness... Enjoyable but not exceptional... 8/8/18 canning...

Served on tap at the brewery into a conical serving glass.
A: Pours a slightly hazy, amber orange color with a quarter inch, off white head, but limited retention and lacing.
S; Aromas of citrus and resin predominate.
T: Palate follows the nose. Pithy and spicy.
M: Medium bodied with medium bitterness.
O: Enjoyable NE style IPA.

L - oh my god. Pours a dark orange amber. Burnt haze and a floofy, fragile-looking head.

S - toasted Graham crackers and sticky orange marmalade. Slight herbal zest. Green onions.

T - earthy lemon and hints of pineapple grassiness. Not true pineapple flavor, but that raw, primal flavor you get from slightly underripe p-ple. There's a malty, grainy crackeriness to it. Finishes more bitter than I anticipated, as I sit here wondering why my cheeks are tingling.

F - meh, it's not great. On one hand, it's got good viscosity, but on the other, it completely falls apart. Like, the beer molecules break down and air comes flooding in. End up swallowing more air than beer when all is said and done! I've definitely had beers where this effect is far worse though, so it ain't the end of the world.

O - my first introduction to Mustache... and I'm a touch underwhelmed. Was hoping for big things with this Rick and Morty reference. Some aspects of this brew do have potential though. Looking forward to trying more Mustache stuff.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy burnt orange color; the head fills out at two fingers and retains nicely, leaving a few strands of lace

Smell: Tangelo, melon and a hint of pith

Taste: Tangelo and canteloup forward, with modest pithy bitterness building, through the middle; underneath, there is a little shortbread malt flavor that adds to the sweetness in the finish

Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation

Overall: A stab at a New England style IPA; the flavor profile is somewhat different than many of the others I have tried; enjoyable, but the flavors don't pop like the best examples of the style
