Cream ale like. 2 f white. Rings and rings. Very creamy. Lime lemon barley gorg
Served on tap at Moustache Brewing Co. in Riverhead, NY.
A: Pours a fairly clear, straw to golden color with a fluffy, two finger, white head, solid retention, and complex rings of lacing.
S: Aromas of dry grass, grain (barley), and maybe a touch of lemon.
T: Dry. Palate follows the nose with more lime than lemon. Little bitterness except perhaps to create balanced dryness.
M: Light to medium bodied with very persistent, champagne bubble carbonation. Very creamy and smooth.
O: This is a solidly made, quite flavorful beer. Described as a lager at the brewery, certainly looks and drinks like a cream ale. Could drink this all Summer (while it lasts).
