Medium-gold, lightly hazed, few fingers of ivory foam left lotsa lace down the glass... Double dry hopped, featuring Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, and Columbus hops... Has an earthy, husky, woodsy, rustic character... Fruits are kinda subdued, with mild sweetness coming through reminiscent of caramel and resin... Bitterness is shellac-like, moderate, and sticky... Medium-weight, smooth, but with a bit of chew... A decent DIPA... 5/28/18 canning...
